To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for return. Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label. 

Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a mistake on our part or a defective item. Once we receive your return, we will process a refund to your original form of payment within 7-10 business days.
