  • 7-day intensive workshop on business planning, operations, and funding

  • For aspiring entrepreneurs including WIOA participants exploring self-employment

  • Curriculum: licensing, HR, staffing, commercial real estate, vendor relations

  • Led by experts in lending, operations, and café ownership

  • Flexible track: can be taken on its own or as the next step after Barista Training
