3 Day Barista Group Training

Training can take place at BaristaSource’s training facility (located at Black Coffee Atlanta 1800 Jonesboro Road, Atlanta, GA 30315) or at your location, provided the necessary equipment is available. We serve Gwinnett, Fulton, DeKalb, Henry, Rockdale, Cobb, Forsyth, and Fayette counties.

DAY 1

Foundations of Coffee Participants will learn about the origins of coffee, from its cultivation to its cultural impact. The day will also cover essential barista tools and their proper use, as well as the basics of pulling a perfect espresso shot, focusing on grind settings, timing, and consistency.

DAY 2

Milk and Beverage Preparation This day focuses on mastering milk steaming techniques for creating microfoam and the perfect temperature for various drinks. Attendees will also practice building lattes, cappuccinos, and other specialty beverages, with an emphasis on hygiene, workstation organization, and workflow efficiency.

DAY 3

Advanced Techniques and Certification Participants will refine their skills in advanced drink preparation, including latte art and consistency. The day will include practical applications in a simulated café environment, followed by a final certification test to demonstrate proficiency and readiness for the industry.
