Service Description

This deep dive into specialty coffee operations is a 5 day/6 hour (per day) course that fully immerses you the learner into all things coffee. We start with the origins of coffee, barista skills training including milk steaming then we transition to coffee shop operations, menu planning, equipment sourcing, POS systems, coffee shop management essentials, espresso machine and grinder options, hr functions, equipment sourcing and much more. You will have hand on experiences in a live coffee shop to give you an idea of what to expect as well as the opportunity to ask established coffee shop owners questions about their journey and best practices. This class is given on-site at our training facility. This course also includes 4 -1 hour (on-site or zoom) consultations to be used at any phase during your store opening journey as well as resource binders to take with you and incorporate into your business. ​
