Barista Training for New Teams

Service Description

This 2 day class is for specialty coffee retailers such as new coffee shops, hotels, restaurants, colleges, specialty coffee licensees, office buildings, etc). If you have a new team, new espresso machine or a new store, it's a proven fact, that quality training prior to your employees being customer facing is crucial to your company's brand and success. We train groups of Baristas on coffee origins, espresso, coffee and milk steaming fundamentals, customer service standards, machine maintenance and store cleanliness. Our pricing is per Barista to allow for flexibility with budgeting. Max of 4 Baristas.
